A companion to the standard, not a replacement for it. Where an interaction database tells you whether two drugs interact, this tool answers the next question: does that interaction justify excluding people with HIV from a trial, and if not, what eligibility and monitoring include them defensibly. Underlying interaction data is referenced from the University of Liverpool HIV Drug Interactions resource.
